Featured Guest on NPR
Dawn Combs of Mockingbird Meadows spoke as a featured guest on All Sides with Ann Fisher. The nationally aired show provided a panel discussion about continued problems with honeybee colony losses. Mockingbird Meadows provided a viewpoint for sustainable beekeeping and the improved results obtained by focusing on the health of the honeybee and using management practices that limit exposure to chemicals and other stressors.

National Barn of the Year
Our main barn was designed by Carson to specifically house our honey and herb-drying operations. Made to mimic the nostalgic look of a traditional red barn with white crossbucks, ours was selected by Wicks as one of their nationally selected “Barns of the Year.” Thanks to contractor EVCO in Mechanicsburg, Ohio for their hard work!
